Project Manager

About the Role

Techxot Software is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at our Nashik office. If you have a strong background in managing web and CMS development projects, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience managing software or web development projects.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Hands-on experience delivering projects built on .NET and modern CMS/DXP platforms.

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with exposure to Waterfall delivery.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.

• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with strong written and verbal communication.

• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management abilities.

• Basic technical understanding of web technologies to communicate effectively with development teams.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience delivering projects on Sitecore and/or Umbraco.

• MBA, or a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web and CMS development projects using .NET, Sitecore, and Umbraco.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts to ensure timely, quality

  delivery.

• Monitor progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation plans.

• Manage change requests and scope modifications, and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and delivery records.

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and team productivity.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• An MBA or a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an added advantage
