HR Executive

About the Role

Techxot Software is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team in our Nashik office. If you are passionate about human resources, employee engagement, and talent acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related role.

• Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and employment practices.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management is preferred.

• Good knowledge of HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance is an added advantage.

• Excellent coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Positive attitude with a strong focus on employee engagement and workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.

• Support attendance, leave management, and performance management processes.

• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.

• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

• Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and other documentation as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

• Contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.only

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
